Delivery, returns and refunds policy

We want you to enjoy our elderberries and cordials with complete confidence. This policy explains how we deliver our products and handle returns.
Delivery
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver our cordials and dried elderberries to all addresses within the United Kingdom whilst our fresh elderberries, fresh elderflowers, frozen elderberries and frozen elderberry juice are delivered to England and Wales only. If you require international delivery, please contact us to discuss options.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving payment. Standard UK delivery takes 1-2 working days from despatch. You will receive a despatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will work with our delivery partner to locate your parcel and arrange for redelivery or a replacement as appropriate.
Returns and Refunds
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please email us at info@bushbarnfarm.co.uk or call 07483 846192.
Conditions for Returns
As our cordials are food products, we can only accept returns of:
- Unopened bottles in their original condition
- Products with all original packaging and labels intact
- Items returned within 14 days of receipt
Fresh and frozen goods cannot be returned.
Important: We cannot accept returns of opened bottles for hygiene and food safety reasons.
How to Return Products
To return eligible products:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization and return address
- Package items securely in their original packaging
- Send the package to the address provided
Return Shipping Costs
For standard cancellations within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the products. We recommend using a tracked postal service. For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The product cost will be refunded in full. Original delivery charges will only be refunded if the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bushbarnfarm.co.uk or 07483 846192. We may ask for photographs of the issue to help us understand what happened. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs you incurred.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Opened cordial bottles
- Products past their best before date
- Any of our fresh and frozen products
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
Product Quality Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our products. All products are made to the highest standards and checked before dispatch. If you have any concerns about product quality, taste, or consistency, please let us know. While we cannot accept opened returns under standard conditions, we take all feedback seriously and will work with you to resolve any genuine quality concerns.
