Bush Barn Farm is a family-run, Soil Association certified organic farm producing award-winning artisan cordials from elderflowers and elderberries grown on our farm in East Sussex.

2. Products and Availability

All our cordials and elderberry products are handmade in small batches using organic elderflowers and elderberries from our farm. While we make every effort to ensure product availability, products may occasionally be out of stock. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or issue a full refund.

3. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order through our website:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline your order
  • A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Delivery charges are clearly stated before you complete your purchase.

5. Product Information and Food Safety

We take great care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, actual products may vary slightly in appearance. All our cordials are made in accordance with UK food safety regulations. Best before dates are clearly marked on each bottle. Please check ingredient lists carefully if you have allergies or dietary requirements.

6. Consumer Rights and Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us using the details provided. However, as our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened bottles in their original condition can be returned within the 14-day period, and we will refund the product cost once we receive them.

7. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs. We may ask for photographs of the damage or defect to help us improve our processes.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

Subject to the above, our total liability for any claims arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question.
