We grow beautiful elderberries on our family farm in East Sussex and combine them with freshly pressed lemon juice to create a cordial with a fresh full-bodied taste that serves as a refreshing cold drink or a warming hot drink.

How to use

Keep refrigerated once opened and consume within 3 weeks.

REFRESH - Simply mix with still or fizzy water, dilute to taste up to 1:10.

MIXER - Use as a mixer in your favourite cocktails and mocktails.

WARMING - Add boiling water and serve in a mug for a soothing warm drink.

DRIZZLE - Pour over ice cream, pancakes, yogurt, or porridge for a delicious fruity twist.

fresh elderberry

Our organic elderflowers are harvested between the end of May and mid of June and we sell them in any quantity required to our customers.

​All our elderflowers are certified organic and of the highest quality and flavour, picked carefully and free of roadside pollution. We chill them right after picking and we recommend processing them within 48 hours of harvest. Elderflowers are mainly known for their use in making delicious cordials or wines, but they are also used in teas, cosmetics and medicinal products.

Fresh Lemon

We use freshly pressed, not-from-concentrate lemon juice that captures the bright, zesty flavour of fresh lemons. Its natural acidity and citrusy lift add the perfect balance to our recipes, enhancing the natural flavours of our elderflowers and elderberries.
