The floral taste of our elderflowers combined with the sweet, mellow taste of fresh quince juice make this cordial a lovely summer drink.

Our elder trees grow on 25 acres on our farm in East Sussex. All elderflowers are lovingly hand-picked from our orchard in the June sunshine.

 

How to use

Keep refrigerated once opened and consume within 3 weeks.

Dilute to taste with sparkling or still water (up to 1:10).

Our quince juice comes from Bleichhof, a specialist fruit farm just 24 miles from Maria's hometown in Germany. The fruit is hand-picked and freshly pressed and we collect the juice on our cordial delivery runs - connecting two artisan family farms. Quince adds a delicate, honeyed note with subtle floral undertones - a perfect complement to the elderflower's natural sweetness.

Fresh Elderflower

Our elderflowers are hand-picked and harvested from late May to mid-June, then chilled immediately for ultimate freshness. Grown in our Soil Association certified organic orchard, planted in 2019 with premium German varieties Haschberg, Haidegg 13, and Haidegg 17, every blossom reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability.
